- Completed higher specialized education of the leading universities of Russia: organic chemistry (including related sub-disciplines), organic synthesis technology
- The presence of an academic degree is welcome
- Work experience in organic synthesis
- Confident knowledge in the field of organic chemistry and good experience in the field of organic synthesis
- Knowledge of the basics of technology is welcome
- Knowledge of analysis methods in the concept and interpretation of data: NMR, IR, UV, mass spectroscopy, etc.
- MS Office, 1C document management, specialized chemistry and analysis software, specialized chemistry databases
